How does Clips’it pricing work?
Free has no subscription and applies an 8% commission to deposits, including funds for direct payments or bonuses. Starter, Pro and Agency apply 0%. The commission is collected once on deposit, never again on payout. Clippers keep 100% of their agreed amount.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Manage your subscription from your agency’s billing settings with Stripe or PayPal, depending on your chosen provider. Plan limits follow the confirmed subscription status.
What is a clipper seat?
A clipper seat is one clipper attached to your agency workspace. Each plan’s seat limit comes directly from Clips’it plan controls.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions and wallet top-ups are offered through Stripe or PayPal. Clipper payouts use Stripe Connect or a configured PayPal account. Each payment is confirmed by the provider’s status.
Do you offer refunds?
Clips’it does not advertise a blanket refund promise. Review the current terms and contact the team before purchasing if you need clarification.
How secure is my data with Clips’it?
Agency data is scoped by membership and server-side permissions. Clips’it also records audit events for sensitive operational actions.
Can I get a demo before upgrading?
You can review the complete workflow on the public homepage and create a free agency workspace without entering payment details.
Where can I find my invoices?
Workspace owners with a Stripe customer can open the Stripe billing portal from the billing settings page.
How do payouts to creators work?
Approved clips can generate RPM payout drafts. A permitted team member reviews and validates each draft before any configured provider processing step.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Clips’it blocks creation beyond configured campaign or clipper limits until usage is reduced or the workspace moves to a plan with more capacity.
